This Refund Policy explains how donations made to Arpan Mitra Sangam (“the Society”), a charitable society registered with the Govt. of NCT of Delhi (Reg. No. S/1913/Distt.South/2015), are treated if you ask for a refund.
Donations are non-refundable
Donations are voluntary gifts used for the Society’s educational work with children, so they are generally non-refundable once received.
Refunds for genuine errors
We will review a refund request if a donation was made in error, for example a duplicate payment, a wrong amount or a payment made without your authorisation. Please write to us within 7 days of the payment.
How to request a refund
Email connect@arpanmitrasangam.org or call +91 83830 69185 and share your name, the date and amount of the payment, the transaction reference and the reason for the request. Please do not send card numbers, PINs or passwords.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your request and confirm the details with you. If it is approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method, usually within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
When a refund is not possible
Refunds are not possible once a donation receipt has been used to claim a tax benefit, or where the funds have already been used for the purpose donated. Donations of books, stationery or other materials are not refunded.
